The NSE has changed the monthly expiry days for Nifty Bank, FinNifty, Nifty Midcap Select, and Nifty Next50 contracts to Thursday starting January 1, 2025. The BSE has moved Sensex, Bankex, and Sensex50 monthly expiries to the last Tuesday of each month from January 1, 2025.

The monthly expiry of Sensex, Bankex and Sensex 50 will be shifted to last Tuesday of every month from January 1, 2025, BSE informed on Thursday. The weekly contracts of Sensex will also expire on Tuesday as against the existing Friday expiry.
