GQG Emerging Markets Equity Fund Sells 19.5 Crore Shares Of GMR Airports For ₹97.75 Each In A Block Deal.
GMR Airports: Jefferies Financial Group maintains Buy on GMR Airports with target price of ₹125; 4Q EBITDA came slightly below estimates at ₹14.8bn but rose 47% YoY, FY26 EBITDA jumped 60% YoY to ₹60bn despite flat passenger growth, while weakness in international traffic and higher Hyderabad airport costs impacted quarterly performance, GAL platform EBITDA nearly doubled YoY, PAT turned positive for the full year after several years, and net debt declined QoQ.

GMR Airports: Citigroup on GMR Airports MarQFY26 core profit came at ₹1.3bn vs loss last year but was 18% below consensus despite FY26 earnings beating Street estimates by 125%, with ₹3bn NPAT aided by one-offs, while revenue/EBITDA missed estimates, passenger traffic remained largely flat, non-aero revenue grew 6% YoY across airports, Delhi profits weakened, Hyderabad profits surged, Goa losses narrowed, and net debt reduced to ₹340bn from ₹345bn QoQ.
